The Silent Night Sleep Appliance is an oral device designed to help reduce snoring and mild to moderate obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). It is a mandibular advancement device (MAD) that gently shifts the lower jaw forward, which helps keep the airway open during sleep, reducing airway obstruction and snoring.
